Help Aunt Chin chee's kitchen open

Aunt Chinchee's Kitchen, was a dream my twin sister and I created when we were in middle school. My family has always had a cooking gene and we wanted to do something about it. We created our concept at just 13 years old after remembering a restaurant in PA our father and mother brought us to. ....I still remember the peanut butter chocolate cake. It was a family style concept and Baltimore had nothing like it....and still doesn't.
The years rolled on and we embraced the art side of the family and decided to become musicians. We played in school for four years and started a band out of our friends in the band at school, with that the restaurant just became a dream. Years into being a young adult and navigating life without parents very horribly I decided to head back into the direction of opening the restaurant. I went to culinary art school in 2006 and my sister was already in the business. After many hard times, such as my brother and member of our band passing to gang violence, losing our car, my husband at the time dying to various diseases, lights getting turned off, evicted and eventually homeless; I graduated and made it my personal business to never be broke again.
I started working and only stopped to have my first and only daughter and to remarry! I went back to school for my BA in Culinary management and completed it in 2017.

But enough about me... I revived Aunt Chin Chee’s into a catering company in 2010. Through social media and family I have been able to get it up and running but just one problem...I'm still working a 9-5! I want out of someone else's kitchen and off the road into my own. It's been my dream to give Baltimore or the surrounding counties something people can drive home to their respective states and still talk about ...like that cake in PA.

Aunt Chinchee’s is a family style restaurant that will serve all you can eat and a great price. We will create a family welcoming atmosphere; the restaurant will be big enough for large tables to seat families with small intimate sections for couples. The decor will be like a dining room of a wealthy family with China cabinets, a fireplace, shade lamps, chandeliers with low lighting. The tables will be already set upon the next guest arrival, and the Guest will feel as if they have stepped into their wealthy relative’s home for the next holiday dinner. My dream is to have a Restaurant/Bar with a stage to showcase Baltimore musicians of any genre.
Our restaurant will provide a safe place for today's young artist to showcase their music, art, etc.…and a place to eat great food and relax with their parents. Many parents want to see their young artist perform but do not want them to be in the bars that are available. Also many hip hop artists get into trouble while trying to showcase their talents in the area open mics; being a musician and playing everywhere in Baltimore there isn’t many restaurants that families can go to and watch performances.

My restaurant will cater to people and not just the money and will help couples and families who can't afford a 5 star dining restaurant feel like they stepped into one. This is much needed in Baltimore today, and most importantly jobs. While ACK is a family owned business it will not be family operated I will be hiring Baltimore residents to join me.

Please help us make our dream a reality; with all our student loans and varies past issues it will be hard to get a bank to take notice. We anticipate startup cost of $150,000. We also are selling our infused teas to contribute to this; the donations will never go unnoticed. Our infused teas are made with fruits and herbal teas with no man made products and can be delivered to the Baltimore area. When we have found a home we will try to receive a loan for a small amount. If we serve just 200 people a day at the regular buffet rate our profit will be $132,550 per month and about $1,590,600 in the first year.

We are looking to open in five years and we need a home. I have to depend on you and investors so please help us open!
