Midwifery in Haiti Fund

You all have known me as a homebirth midwife for as long as I can remember-30 years now)!   I am asking  for you to help me raise funds for a trip I am making in November 2015, supporting MIDWIVES FOR HAITI.  I will be teaching young Haitian women  in the classrom, mobile clinics, or at St. Therese public hospital in Hinche.  Midwives for Haiti has been working in Hinche, Haiti since the fall of 2006  fighting infant and maternal mortality.  These funds could provide URGENTLY needed items such as dopplers, blood pressure cuffs, headlamps, stethoscopes, gloves and medications.  Their website is www.midwivesforhaiti.org if you would like to look further at their efforts.  I will be taking a 4 week leave from my private practice to participate in this life changing experience.  Please help in any way you can.
