Un-employed Vet trying to start business

Donation protected
I came back from Afghanistan in February to find my civilian job has no work availbale for me and may be closing its doors. I have been trying to find work and have been unsuccessful. Although I have done construction most of my life, I did go to school at the Connecticuit Culinary Institute in 2003. Cooking is my passion and my dream has always been to someday open my own eating establishment. It is time for a change!
I have spent many hours over the last several years turning a camper into a food trailer. My food trailer is finally finished and ready for inspection. I have spent everything I have and then some getting ready. Klimkwiches SOS Wagon is all registered with the state and ready to go.
Unfortunatley we just suffered another financial blow. My wife lost her job two weeks ago.
I'm ready to cook but could use a little help for the first round of food and necessities. Any doantions would be greatly appreciated!
Here is a glimpse of my menu:
Spanish rice with chicken and linguica
Carne asada buritto
Gourmet grilled cheeses
Chilli dogs
Chilli cheese fries
seasoned fries
hamburgers
sausage peppers, onions and meatballs
breakfast sandwiches
cupcakes
scones
muffins
soda
water
coffee.
all sandwiches on portuguese rolls
