Bite Back! Save the Bark Bar!

You know the awesome feeling you experience on a beautiful day at the dog park watching the absolute joy and abandon of dogs at play? Now imagine that feeling while enjoying your favorite craft beer or coffee drink. The Bark Bar was created to bring this concept to life for Denver, the most dog-friendly community in America. We are Denver’s first café/bar to feature a 4,000 square foot off-leash yard where urban dogs can run and play while their humans enjoy their favorite beverage. We are a huge hit within the dog-loving community of Denver---we were voted Best Dog Park in 5280’s Top of the Town edition! Since opening on Christmas Day 2013, The Bark Bar has hosted many fundraisers and adoption events for dog-related non-profit organizations, always donating a portion of the proceeds to each organization. We celebrate and support all things canine! Our journey, however, hasn’t come without obstacles.

With this awesome new concept, we're not just reinventing the wheel, we’re creating it. The Bark Bar is working through various zoning and licensing issues which could shut us down without our continued efforts. Other cities are looking to us as a test case, so it’s important that we win this not just for the Bark Bar, but for all of us who love and support this concept.
