Monique LaMora White grew up in Jacksonville, NC, enjoying the beaches of North Carolina's Eastern Shores. Some of her happiest times were spent enjoying these beaches with her family and two daughters. The beach wheelchairs donated by others to the Township of Ocean Isle Beach NC gave Monique the freeedom to enjoy the beach over the past several years when her cancer limited her ability to walk to the beach. Through donations we will be donating a new beach wheelchair in memory of Monique so that others may also enjoy the beach as she did. Your love and generosity is much appreciated!
