.. For when Lillie leaves great ormand street hospital, to make a home life that works around her needs..
For around 2 years Lillie has been backwards and forwards to the doctors for left side swelling of the face Inc (eye, nose, ear, cheeks) and a twitch movement in her neck and slow growth, to keep being sent away with antibiotics each time witch never worked, after all this time I put my foot down and took her to hospital where she had an Mri 3 weeks later to find out such terrible news that she had an extra large brainstem tumor growing around her spinal cord and the critical part of her brain, she had emergency surgery where she had 99.9 percent of the tumor removed witch has left her not able to use her left side (arm, hand, leg and foot), also needing a tracheostomy put in place because she couldn't keep her airway safe after losing her cough, gag and swollow. so will be needing a wheelchair once she leaves great ormand street hospital.
She'll be going to a rehabilitation hospital for brain injured children (Tadworth).
But because there is a shortage of wheelchairs, Lillie might not have one supplied for when she eventually does come home.
So we are looking for donations to help make this possible for her and for her to lead a normal life with the help of a special pushchair that will be able to hold Lillie and all her emergency equipment. Any help would be amazing at this difficult time
