My name is Josephine. I have been struggling all my life with my gender and I am in a process of transition. I really dislike sharing my medical, economical or personal issues openly like this. But here I am reaching out to friends and mainly strangers to help me transition.

I am in need of several really expensive surgeries to transition fully. The worst thing that can happen to me is being stuck in between - Being a woman but looking a lot like a man.

I am reaching out to get help for the surgeries that for me are vital, life changing and in the end will save my life.

I have done everything I can myself to pay, but a deep depression has left me without the ability to work very much. And an expensive divorce have drained savings. I have even cashed in my pension savings, but I still ned the help from outside.
