Hello everyone! My name is Josh Roth and I am a junior at VCU, Virginia Commonwealth University. As some of you may know, I currently run my own business called BeyondNightLife. We buy, sell, and trade vintage and sports apparel online and in the Richmond area. I started BNL in May of 2016 and it has grown tremendously since. Over the past few months we have been attending pop-up shops and vendor events. They have been successful in getting our name out and obtaining customers and sales. Our event at Hampton University in February was very successful. Our goal for the year is to attend 3-4 pop-up shops a month.
Over the next 2 months we have already secured four vendor events. In order for these pop-ups to be successful, we need to purchase more inventory and supplies. So, I am looking to raise $2,500 to help with the demand of these pop-up shops. My goal is to deliver the best vintage and sports apparel at an afforable price.
All profits go right back into the business!
What the money will be used for:
1. $1,500 will be used to purchase large quantities of vintage and sports apparel. (ex: jerseys, jackets, hats, shoes, and more.)
2. $250 will be used to purchase better equipment for our pop-up shops. We will be able to upgrade our hangers, clothing racks, and tables to become a more professional looking vendor.
3. $750 will be used to purchase apparel for our exclusive BNL summer collection. It will be released after June 1. Stay tuned - start your summer shopping with us!
