There is nothing that can replace the support, encouragement, admiration and love a father can provide to his children. It is with a heavy heart we announce Mike Richard’s unexpected passing at 35 years old. Mike was known for many things; his humor, craftsmanship as a mechanic, ever loving support to all his friends and family… but what Mike did best was being a dad to his children.
His first born, Michael junior, is 7 years old. He excels grades ahead his age, loves to run track and learn piano, and shares his dad’s supportive characteristics. His daughter, Michelle, is 4 years old. She is full of spunk and energy, loves gymnastics and shares her dad’s humor. Mason, 5 months old, is already trying to stand and is ahead of all his milestones and shares Mike’s patience (I mean will literally stay put content as can be on his tummy, back, you name it!). There is a 4th child on the way who I am sure will also, without knowing, embrace and embody who his father was.
Mike not only supported his family with love but also financially. Melissa, his beloved wife, wants nothing more than for them to continue to excel in extracurricular activities, school, and be afforded all the dreams their father would want for them. Melissa’s burden is already so great to carry, we create this go fund me in hopes Michael can continue to provide for his four children and give them the best life possible. Feel free to leave a memory of Michael in the comments. We know he touched so many lives.
