"Homes For Low Income Families"

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I have been coming accross alot of individuals such as Single Mothers, Low Income Families, Recent College Graduates challenged Credit wise by enormous Student Loans they can't afford to pay back, Veterans who served our country and returned just to be Homeless, and Landlords who refuse to accept tenants receiving Government Subsidies. I do have a solution! Most investors on my team, purchase homes, apartment buildings and the like, to flip for a big profit! The thing is, they come to me for such opportunities. so thinking out loud, why not purchase said Homes and opportunities, only to return them back to the owners that are being Foreclosed on at a fair and affordable price including financing? Also with two family homes and apartment buildings, why not purchase, renovate and rent units mostly out to low income families and those receiving subsidies? My goal/ Campaign amount will go to the purchase of my first 2 properties (already negotiated prices and all other such details) and within 3 to 6 months, will be back on the market as low income housing (Property # 1), and the 2nd will be returned back to an elderly lady in the neighborhood facing loosing her family home to unpaid Taxes/ Liens).
