The Centaurs Foundation:
Our mission is to pair parolees with rescue horses so that each of them find inspiration and faith in one another. For where there is inspiration, there is progress. Many parolees have come from dysfunctional homes, have suffered emotional and physical abuse and have never been taught that there is life outside the way in which they were raised. We teach them that being in the system is a choice not their destiny and that they can re-write their destiny at any time. Many of our horses have been treated in the same way and have no faith in man. At The Centaurs Foundation, we pair our horses with the right partner to help build trust, responsibility and how to care for something beyond themselves. This relationship bridges to love and trust and that can lead to a better life for everyone.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR LETTER OF 501c3 APPROVAL!
We are raising money for our start up cost, leasing a horse facility, leasing housing for the parolees and staff that will be staying with them.
A Donor Sheet and Business plan are in the process of being drafted and will be available soon.
