Caroline's Cart - Elks of Canada

The Elks of Canada are a group of men and women across Canada that are striving to better the communities they live in.

The Caroline's Cart program is an excellent way to improve the quality of life for those families that have special needs. By placing these specially designed shopping carts into shopping and grocery centres that don't have access to them it improves a families ability to perform everyday grocery shopping or tasks with more ease and comfort.
