Carthage SA Giveback

This past January, my life was changed forever when I traveled to South Africa to study abroad for fifteen days. When I visited the Nkume Primary School, I saw small classrooms with more than fifty students crowded into them. Desks, chairs, and even walls and doors needed renovations badly. I never knew how privileged I had been growing up until I saw this school. From this moment, it was not an option, but an obligation to provide aid to this school and to help give those kids the same learning opportunities I had been lucky enough to have. The $10 to Save a School project is how I plan to help. I am seeking donations of $10 per person with the goal of raising $2000. Students at Carthage College will be joining this effort.
