The family is asking for any and all donations for Charles funeral cost so that we can lay him to rest. Charles was a victim of a violence when gang members intended to shoot a rival gang member on Monday April 18th 2016 when Charles 31 lost his life instead just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when gun shots went off .
