2016 has been one of the best years of my life. I exceeded my own expectations in the 2016 CrossFit Games Open and was given an invite to compete in the Atlantic Super Regional held in Atlanta, GA May 20th-22nd.
Over 10,000 women from the South East Region competed in the Open, and only 20 move on to compete as an individual competitor. I am humbled, grateful, and ready to make sure I give my best in Atlanta!
Daniel and I wouldn't be the people we are today without our family at CrossFit Electric City. It truly is a special place, and I wouldn't be the athlete I am today without the support from my coaches there.
All money donated will be used to help get me to Atlanta, and help pay for expenses during that weekend.
