We are the FRC Team 498 the Cobra Commanders hosted at Cactus High School.
We want to go to FIRST championship competition in St. Louis Missouri.
The money will be used to cover our robot transportation costs, equipment transportation costs, student lodging, student transportation, as well as other trip related costs. Each team member will cost $850 to attend, our ultimate goal is to take as many members with us to experience this amazing event!
All money needs to be collected by April 1st

FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is more than just building robots. The mission of FIRST is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting Mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
Robotics is the way we express ourselves. We are the thinkers and tinkers. Our desire is not to bash heads on a field of grass but, to engage in a battle of the mind. Help us achieve our dream and attend the championship competition.
Help us show our school that tradional athletics are not the only way to gain recognition. Send us to St. Louis.
