Community Service Without Borders
My name is Doris Chance and I’m the Sr Vice Commander at ANMAC Post 6253 in Berlin NJ, I’m taking a cross country trip to help other VFW post in states that I visit by doing small repairs jobs/painting, etc for their community. Im calling it “community service without borders”

ALL donations received benefit my VFW post for repairs desperately needed to our building.
My trip begins the 1st week in Aug 2018 starting from Pensacola FL heading northwest eventually ending at ANMAC POST 6253 in Berlin NJ.
I always wanted to see our beautiful country and all the historical sites I’ve read about. This fund is NOT for me or for the trip; it’s my way of checking off my bucket list and helping people along the way. I plan on staying on military installations (camping) the entire time (if possible) hoping there will a VFW or American Legion Post in those areas that can use my free labor. I’m hoping to help any person/s in need veteran or not that I can.
