Please help my dad to recovery!

My dad found out he had diabetes in december since then he has had seizures that caused him to lose his job. He started working with my uncle on side jobs. Then ended back up in the hospital with complaint of dizziness. He has now had 5 strokes since being in the hospital. He is paralyzed on the left side. He eats from a feeding tube. He lives in the hospital bed in the hospital. They want to release him into our care but we do not have the funds to take care of him correctly. To hire a 24-7 nurse it will cost around $700 a week. That is not including the cost for insulin,testing strips bed liners,diapers,food,etc. He has no insurance due to losing his license and not being able to drive his truck he drove for over 20 years for the same company. He cries everyday and says he just wants to go home. The fact is he has no home. It has been taken due to him not being able to work. He does not even know. We want to take him home to my grandmas and get him out of the hospital and get him therapy so be can start his recovery process. He is starting to give up and refuse rehab due to depression and being in the hospital so long. Please help send my dad home. Any contribution will help. If you cant donate please say a prayer that someone will. Thanks update 7/21/2014 Dad is home now we are dealing with how we are going to pay for doctors visits and a van to take him. Food. And all of his necessities. He is happy at home with his mom there. Still in desperate need of donations. 91214 we have been denied for ssi 4 times now. Medicaid has denied him also. All we can do is keep applying. Please keep contributing to help our family in our time of need.
