On March 24th thousands of our nation’s youth will be marching on Washington to demand school safety become a priority in the current administration and to show solidarity with our fellow students in Parkland, Florida. We want to send students from our high school, Digital Arts and Technology Academy in Albuquerque, NM, to be a part of this historic march because we believe it will be a life changing experience for them both educationally and personally.
We hope to raise enough money to cover flights, hotel, and food for 22 students and 3 teacher chaperones. Please consider making a huge difference in the lives of civically-minded youth and also help show solidarity and love to our nation’s students. We are so thankful for your time and donation!
Our deadline is approaching soon and we hope you can help us spread the word for our small community to get this once in a lifetime opportunity. We need to raise our funds by MARCH 9, 2018. This will give us enough time to collect the funds, purchase the tickets, and arrange our plans carefully to ensure the safety of our staff and students travelling. Thank you for your help!
