Dining for Life Fundraiser

Chef Kevin Sbraga of Sbraga Dining has gathered some of the most prominent culinary talent in Delaware Valley for an altruistic evening of food and drinks, dedicated to raising funds to support the Martinez family of Southampton, New Jersey.
The Martinez family was hit by tragedy after their two-year-old son and eighteen-year-old daughter were killed and three other victims critically wounded in a pedestrian crash on August 18th.
“I have two children of my own and a day doesn’t go by that I’m not truly thankful for them,” says Chef Kevin Sbraga. “My heart goes out to the Martinez family, and I look forward to collaborating with such an all-star, charitable team of chefs and vendors to help support the Martinez’ during such a trying time.”
Participating Philadelphia chefs include Greg Vernick of Vernick Food & Drink and Brad Spence of Amis. All chefs involved have ties to the area -- many are originally from the Garden State, including Chef Kevin Sbraga, who was born and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey. Local chefs Tony Sparacio of La Campagnola and Riviera, Ivan Coppola of Tarantella, and Dory & Joe Valeriano of Summit Catering are also providing their generous support and donations.
