Down Syndrome Mayo Regional centre

Down syndrome Ireland wish to develop a house into a regional center and fully accessible playground serving the West of Ireland. We want to provide the best start for our children and to give our adults the skills for work and independent living they desire. This center will help hundreds of people with Down Syndrome and their families in the West of Ireland. This house was donated by Máirt Cambell and we have full planning permission to make his wish to provide support for people with Down Syndrome a reality.  The money raised will go towards the redevelopment of the house providing OT/physio room, Speech & Language room, Sensory room, Multi purpose training room and a fully accessible playground. We wish to have the center finished by the end of March 2024. All funds raised will go directly to this project.
