Kent County Community Action Agency Inc. is a Grass Root Organization. KCCAA is a community based organization that has been in operation for forty three (43) and counting. KCCAA has been able to provide services going on their fourth generation of family members. Offering numerous of programs with certain limitations due to funding and environmental circumstance are Early Childhood Education, Pre-school, Summer Camp, before and after care and Child Suspension program. KCCAA also offers a food closet, Teenage Uplift off the streets program, Foster Grandparent program, Nutrition Program, Hot meals on no wheels Program, and D.I.P ( Drug Intervention Program for teens).Our moto is "Everyone is some one’s child, Every child is our future."

KCCAA are in need of a new building so job training and placement for parents can be offered, infant class room settings expnded, and to gain about 10-15 new hires in addition to continuing the other programs.  KCCAA's dream building would have a gym, computer lab, room for all age children 14 and under. The dream building would also include a suitable kitchen, private parking for parents and our company vans, and a private playground on the premises so our little people can play in a safe private environment.  KCCAA NEEDs a Permeate home so we can prosper and expand in our community!
