Dr. Larson/ Pops Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Many of you have met "Pops" at some point or another. And if you have not, then I hope you get to some day. Pops is the most humble, generous, funny, and kind man you will ever meet. For those of you that have known him as a father know how much he loves his kids, and even more so, his grandkids. For those that know him as a husband to his wife, you know how much he absolutely adores her and praises the ground that she walks on. For those of you lucky enough to know him as their doctor, you know how passionate and generous he is about his work as a chiropractor. If any of you know him in any other capacity, as a friend, as an uncle, as a brother, you know that he can light up a room with his smile and make you laugh even in the hardest of times.
Pops is such a special man and he deserves the very best of everything in life. It absolutely breaks our hearts to have to share this sad news with you all.
On Friday, January 19, our Pops, Dr. Carl Larson, was involved in an accident that caused him to suffer a traumatic brain injury. Luckily, he is alive and working hard towards recovery. Unfortunately, this brain injury has caused him the inability to work as a Chiropractor, a profession that he loves and is so incredibly passionate about. Our Pops has been forced to give up his practice and say goodbye to the many loyal patients he has had in the 20+ years he has been practicing.
While he, his family, and his patients are devastated at this news, we are grateful that there is hope he will work some day. The time frame for his recovery will take quite some time, as much as a year, to which he will be out of employment. We hope that you will consider donating anything that you can so he can have a peaceful recovery and will not have to stress or worry about covering finances. All donations will go towards covering hospital bills, physical therapy, and continued care as he moves forward.
If you are not able to donate, please consider sharing this link with your friends and family, and please, say a prayer for our Pops.
As my dad always says, "Hee Haw" .
