The Loan That Killed David Cerven

Donation protected
David Cerven was a very positive and inspiring young man. He lost his dad at the age of 11. To support his Mum and himself, he started training and fighting in kickboxing at the age of 14. Very soon he became very successful and was able to support his Mum.

Even though David was recognized kick-boxer in Europe, the money he was making was not enough to pay their bills.

David always dreamed of moving to America to chase his dream and better his family life. In 2014 David sustained a major knee injury which required a very expensive surgery. David was not able to continue competing and supporting his family, he took a 30,000 Euro loan and moved to New Zealand to be a labor worker.
The loan had a very high interest rate and David was struggling to pay it off. Cerven was depressed for not being able to support his family. All this lead to David's wrongest decision to steal $400 from the liquor store and a grocery store. After committing his last robbery, David called the police on himself and got shot in the park at the age of 21.

David left a great impact on everyone he met and his death is a huge sorrow for everyone who knew him.
We believe our mission is to help his left alone mother to pay the the debt that killed her young warrior. She might lose her house and we are reaching out to you all for help.
