Thor's ACL repair

My oldest pup, Thor, recently tore his ACL. Without this surgery I can expect him to have EXTREME mobility problems in just a few short years. On days when it rains he already won't walk on it and can no longer jump into bed.  

The total cost is $700, and I am just looking for all the help I can get.  I had planned to use school loans, but they barely offered me enough to pay for school.
