Dylan's fight - My baba my hero

This is Dylan, our friends' little boy, and he is amazing. He and his brother Murray were born at 23 weeks and fought to survive. As a result of their early arrival Dylan has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a serious life threatening bowel condition. Murray has autism but is thriving and healthy.
For much of the past 2 years Dylan has been very very poorly and has spent a lot of time in hospital. So far this year alone he has been in hospital for 8 weeks and is currently still in, facing more operations and another lengthy stay.
His Mam, Mandy and Dad, John are mentally and physically exhausted and these lengthy stays are taking their toll financially. Looking after a child in hospital is expensive, parents do not get fed and hospital food is not cheap, they do not get free parking and petrol for the constant driving back and forth soon adds up. In addition Dylan's Disability Living Allowance will soon be stopped because of the amount of time he has spent in hospital, leaving the family in complete financial termoil . Mandy and John would not ask for help themselves but we their friends can see they need it. Please help us relieve some of the pressure so they can concentrate on looking after their gorgeous boys without the added worry of affording food.
