Funeral expenses for Michael

I am Michael Loveless's cousin and it is with a lot of pride I am reaching out to all of our friends, family, and others who can help. A little over 2 years ago Michael was diagnosed with congestive heart failure at the age of 28 (Unfortunately this is hereditary and at the age of 37 his mother passed away). In February of 2016 he had a defibrillator/pacemaker implanted but we all didn't expect the recent decrease in his quality of life. He was hospitalized the end of 2016 at CMAC in West Virginia for a few days before he was transported to University of Kentucky for an evaluation to see if he qualified for a heart transplant. Due to his BMI being too high, his body retaining fluid (his kidneys aren't working properly because they aren't getting the proper blood flow), and his heart being too weak for dialysis he wasn't able to lose that 75 lbs of fluid on him to qualify. In February of this year Michael went back to CMAC and was having serious complications with his heart, his kidneys, his lungs, and his liver. Our family decided that John Hopkins may be his best bet atleast for a second opinion because CMAC wanted to put him on hospice care. After successfully being transported by a CCU ground transport team he arrived at Hopkins where things took quite a turn. They started him on 24 hr dialysis with little success and a few days ago took him to the OR to place a balloon in his heart hoping his other vital organs could get the proper blood flow and they could get this fluid that is holding him up from getting a new heart! While I'm the OR his blood pressure and oxygen levels bottomed out and he was immediately lifevacked to Medstar in the District of Columbia where he currently is at. They have him on a ventilator and an ECMO machine (life support). He can only remain on this device for a max of 30 days! We are asking for help since his insurance will not cover all the care he is receiving.
