Earl got hit by a car

My name is Earl (yes, like the TV show with Jason Lee). On the morning of July 7th, 2018, I was hit by a car that drove on the sidewalk at about 40-50 mph. I fractured by left ankle, dislocated my left kneecap and fractured the top of my right foot, which means that I can't even use crutches. I'm lucky that I'm not dead or worse right now, but I'm laid up in my bed and I can barely get up to use the bathroom.
I'm not sure how long I'm going to be out of work or what my medical rehabilitation process is going to be. I'm committed to remaining positive throughout this process, and I'll need any amount of help that I can get to deal with my medical bills.
