Donald Hoffman Jr. who is battling the horrible disease of lupus. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that cannot be cured but only managed with extensive care. We are kicking off this fundraiser with the purpose of offsetting Donald's medical bills, treatment and recovery. ...lupus effects skin, joints, muscles, &/ or organs in the body , & it has taken it's toll on Donald. He just graduated west Islip high school & played football & lacrosse up until his body wouldn't allow him anymore...he never gave up though & he continued to go to practices & games to support his teammates & friends...let's do the same for him & rally to help this courageous young man in some small way....Facebook "LIGHT IT UP FOR DONALD"
