The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill
Donation protected
Why donate to The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill? We are the Manchester, N.H., area's only non-profit teaching farm. Located in Bedford, we teach children and families how to raise and care for animals, be good stewards of the land, and farm in sustainable ways.
A 501 (c)3 non-profit, we are one of the last working farms in a region that was once filled with rolling farmland. To maintain this fading heritage, we endeavor to teach children how to farm the old-fashioned way, as their ancestors might have.
Children visit the farm to interact with our animals and learn how to do things like milk goats, feed a 700-pound pig, grow pumpkins, and care for horses, chickens, sheep, and even alpacas.
The Educational Farm receives no taxpayer support. We rely entirely on donations and grants. Please help us spread the knowledge and joy of farming to new generations by making a donation today.
