Help fix my family's house!

My friend's house is very old and needs some major repairs done before winter. The most important being the roof, as you can see in the picture. That section of the roof is literally falling off. That is the most major repair, but work is needed on almost the whole roof.  On the outside of the house a stucco wall needs repair, one of the basement windows needs replaced, and the hot water heater is failing.  Most nights she is having to boil water to do the dishes, just so there is enough hot water left for bathing!

She is a single mother of many small children, the youngest of whom is just a toddler.  They live in Wisconsin and must have a stable, secure house for winter. This money will go directly to her. She already has someone available to fix the roof, but just needs a way to pay for it. Any money raised that is not used right away will be saved for future home repairs. This is an old house with children living in it, something always needs fixing. It is very important to her that she able to stay home with her children.  They have enough money for to survive but not enough money for the much needed house repairs.  Please help!
