Break the Silence & Bring her home

Revised because this situation has changed a little. Thank you in advance for reading on....
I have recently learnt the definition of "parental alienation." It is exactly what my daughter has been going through.  My 13 year old daughter recently disclosed that she is bullied by her siblings and "people." That they "just talk bad mom, and say offensive things about mexians and when I tell them to stop they don't" she went on to tell me that she will get in trouble when goes up to her room to cry (My daughter is mixed, black and mexican and her 3 sibilings have the same mom). When your child tells you that being "allowed" to see her mom is a privilage, that if the dishes aren't done, or she got a bad grade in school, or has an attitude she is told she has to call and cancel our plans, but she has never admitted that before. I felt that was the case but never didn't know for sure. When her father told her that they were going to move out of state and not to tell me, she did the right thing and told me. She feels that she's being taken away from me, and then said  " I need  my mother not a mother figure, (refering to her step-mom as the figure)"  and that she wants me to regain legal custody.

On Oct. 5th she was taken out of school and she called me frantic said her Grandmother was on her way to either put her on a plane or take her to WA. I have been trying to raise money to retain an attorney. I reminded her father about RCW 26.09.430-.480, he got mad at my daughter. He told her to choose between me and him, and when she said that it wasn't fair of him to do that and that she wanted to stay here with me, she was told that she would ruin her life. That is not right. Without a court order to stop this, she will continue to endure the psychological abuse.

Oct. 7 she was put on an airplane and sent to her Grandmother in CA. She told me that she couldn't go to WA yet since he doesn't have a house there yet. I was also told that her siblings are going to be sent to AZ to stay wth their aunt while her father and step-mom are in Washington.

I don't understand why if I am able and willing to give my daughter what she wants and needs why I being fought so hard against to not allow it.

I have spent the last 9 months volunteering for newspaper, and in my junior year to receive my Bachelors in Criminal Justice andHuman Services.  While launching my own business, virtual business management services, social media and branding services. I am willing to trade my services for a donation(s).  I sadly don't have the money right now to retain this attorney or even file the papers myself. Since the origninal court order is from WA there are additional motions that I need to file first asking for WA to grant NV jurisdicton to see this case, if not I will have to travel to WA for court which will end up costing me more.

All/any donations will go straight to filing the motions and petition with or without an attorney. The cost of the motions $790.

Any support will be GREATLY appreciate not only by me but my daughter as well. Please help bring my daughter back, It is in her best interest!!

After I am able to bring my mini home, I am committed to dontating my time to raise awareness to the abuse and torment which the victims of parental alienation are forced to endure.  Should I raise more than I need, I will be donating to Prevent Child Abuse America Organizaton.

God bless everyone who takes the time time to read this and support support us!!

Special thanks to those which have already donated!!
