"Etching Press to Press Onward!"
What's this all about?
Hey! My name is Erin Nolan and I've wanted to be an artist since I was a little kid—it is just about the only thing I'm good at, so the decision was easy! I've been blessed enough to be showing in three regional art galleries; but am unable to take that next leap without fantastic people like you.
I'm a woodblock printmaker currently using a handheld bamboo baren as my press. I will be using all funding to purchase a Conrad Etching Press and support equipment to create editioned artwork using both woodblock and etched plates. These art pieces will debut during the Plum Bottom Studio's Summer Open House in July, 2015. Plum Bottom is located in Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin.
