Calendar Doll Pageant 2014
Donation protected
My name is Daisha Scott and I’m the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Damon and Patricia Scott and the granddaughter of Ms. Gloria (Minnie) Riley, Mr. Robert Hamilton and Mr. & Mrs. Charles and Fannie Scott. I am currently a Calendar Doll contestant in the annual Calendar Doll Fundraiser Benefit sponsored by the Beta Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Incorporated in Orangeburg, South Carolina. I would love to be crowned Miss Calendar Doll when they have the pageant in December; therefore I am soliciting your support. First let me tell you a little about myself.
I am 11 years old and a rising 6th grade Magnet student at William J. Clark Middle School. While attending Marshall Elementary School, I was privileged to lead the student body in the capacity of Miss Marshall. As Miss Marshall I participated on the welcoming committee for Governor Nikki Haley in support of advancing academic performance through government support. In addition, my quest for discipline targeted the following extra-curriculum activities: Cheerleading, AAU Basketball, Ballet, Soccer, and a host of city league sports. My academic performance highlights several Principal List achievements throughout the school year.
In support of my endeavor to be crowned Miss Calendar Doll, I am soliciting your support financially! Please note all donations are due by October 20, 2014 and are considered tax deductible. Although the above date is a general contribution deadline, we hope to alleviate any last minute pressures by collecting donations as early as possible.
All funds acquired through this activity will be used to provide financial support for community projects and high school scholarships in the Orangeburg area. Additionally, the thirteen pre-teen young ladies will experience a series of enriching educational and cultural activities.
Sincerely,
Daisha L. Scott
