Fred Fuller-getting going

Fred was seriously injured in a bike accident on August 16th, 2019. The result was multiple spinal and facial injuries along with a brain bleed. Fortunately the great medical care that was delivered on the site of the accident ,and at our local hospital of UC Health in Steamboat Springs enabled him to be delivered to the UC Health trauma center within 1.5 hours after the injury. Fred spent 11 days in ICU and was then transferred to Craig Rehabilation Hospital in Englewood Colorado. After 7 weeks in Denver Fred is now home for a couple of weeks of rehab and then returning to Craig Rehabilation Hospital in Englewood. The expenses are large with housing, medical care, living expenses for the apt that they will be renting during their stay at Craig Hospital for the next month or so. After they complete the advanced out- patient therapy, Penny and Fred will be returning to Steamboat to hopefully enjoy a beautiful winter and continue with the therapies to get him completely back up on his feet. They appreciate all the cards and well wishes for Freds return to work and getting his groove back.
