Rob Shorter Memorial & Charity Fund

My dad Rob Shorter passed away on Friday May 15th after a very short illness after he was diagnosed with a brain tumour in March 2020. As a family we would like to remember our husband, dad and grandad by donating money to the Multipe Sclerosis society and also if possible to buy something in his memory for his beloved bowls club at Hednesford Ex Servicemans. Anyone who knew my dad would know that his second home was the Soldiers and we all spent many happy times in the club, he also ran the bowls team for many years and never played for anyone other than the Soldiers. He would be so happy if we were able to do something in his memory for the bowls club and as a family we would really like to come up with an idea that would do him proud.  As we cannot give him the send off he deserves due to the current COVID 19 situation, we are hoping that people can donate towards this cause this way rather than sending flowers or donating during a funeral.  Please do not feel like you have to give anything as just your thoughts at this time will be enough for us all.  Many thanks x
