Urgent medical care for my son Barney Rae

Please help to urgently raise funds for specialist medical treatment for my 14yr old son who is crippled with agonising eczema, see photos. Please note we have stretched target to cover costs for private & alternative treatments.
Although he has been diagnosed with extreme eczema the word actually means “to boil” & there is no known cure, every case is different.
It occurred out of the blue last October 2020 with no obvious triggers. From age 4-11yrs old he had eczema so after all the poor allergy tests, food tests, stopping diary products and months of trial & tests we finally managed to find a way to treat it. We had tried every ointment, emollient, creams be that prescribed or alternative but every single one was like acid on his skin until finally we found one topical steroid ointment that worked & for 7yrs we kept it in check and then 3yrs ago it went away. So we are not newbies at this.
But this time its different & after 10 months not one of the treatments have worked and if you have time to read some of the updates & look at the photos you can see how considerably worse it has got. We are seeing specialist Dermatologists at the Children’s Hospital but the process is too slow and the lack of sleep and pain has become too much for my son to handle. In the last 3yrs we have lost our entire immediate family including my dad, 6 weeks later my brother and before that my sister-in-law & my best friend all passed away. Having already lost my mum & grandparents and as I’m a single mum it leaves us with absolutely no one to turn to for help.
We are aiming to raise funds to get him the urgent treatment he needs as enough is enough. The NHS are fantastic at what they do but it’s a very slow process of trying different treatments, for example he was on Methotrexate which is an extremely strong drug with hideous side effects and usually used to treat Cancer in particular Leukaemia. He was on a high dose for weeks but he still got worse plus the methotrexate could cause considerable damage to his liver and makes him sick & nauseous after taking it. The funds raised will pay for the treatment & all the different areas of support that he so urgently needs now.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all the donations as they have helped improve his immediate situation, he wouldn’t of made it through the heatwave without the air conditioning unit that this fundraiser paid for as it helped keep his temperature at a safe place whilst he was on verge of getting sepsis. Also the special Water softener, shower, shower heads because even water like acid. New mattress, special bedding, special clothes & pyjama’s, private consultations, 2nd opinions, private treatment, the list goes on and we are so grateful. So now if we can just keep going to get the urgent medical treatment & tests, because he says he can’t take anymore and we both at our wits end now.
