On July 6, 2020 a fire broke out in Socorro which ended up burning down an entire home along with the family car that was parked outside. Due to the fire there was also much damage done to the neighbors home which so happened to be from the same family.  Thankfully everyone who lives in both homes were able to escape the fire, however this family has lost everything, leaving them with only the shirts on their backs. Affected by the fire is a single mom who is raising two kids along with her mom and sister. This family needs help! We are asking for our community to unite and help this family get back on their feet.
