Luminosity with the Hoop mission is to raise funds to accelerate the pace of observing a class this may be a studio.

A sustainable class will be more attractive when more formal; it will become more easier and less time consuming slowly surely. 

Simply showing up and doing legs up the wall restorative yoga for an hour per week can really make a difference.

Keep in mind as you gain balance and face all adversities describing your experiences directly could make one studio sustainable prior to a benefit.
