PPE and Wellness Supply Fund

Update! With the incredible outpouring of support, we have been able to successfully purchase reusable PPE for the emergency department staff. This includes reasonable respirators, reasonable face shields, reusable head covers, as well as large quantities of disposable PPE! Detroit Hospitals have been affected by the COVID-19 Global Pandemic and needs PPE! The Emergency Medicine Residents of Detroit have come together to raise funds to help purchase PPE. 

PPE Needed:
- Face Shields
- N95 N99 or N100 Respirators
- Surgical Masks
- Disposable Gowns
- Disposable Gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Household Sanitizing Wipes
- Industrial Sanitizing Wipes

We also love coffee and food to help keep us going 24 hours a day. 

Funds will be used to purchase PPE and wellness materials.

We are a team of Detroit emergency medicine residents (Becca, Erin, Henry, James, Jason, and Jenna) that have come together during the COVID-19 epidemic to raise funds with the sole purpose of purchasing PPE for Detroit emergency departments. With your support, our team will be able to purchase the necessary supplies including reusable respirators, reusable face shields, Reusable head covers and more. This will allow the rest of our hospital to be allocated disposable supplies and help keep everyone safe, ultimately providing better care for all of our patients in the greater Detroit community.
