Alan Kerr Memorial Fund
Donation protected
After a fierce fight with cancer, Alan Vance Kerr (59) went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday, May 21, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Alan had a beautiful singing voice, loved animals, and loved a good game of golf. He gave everyone a hard time but would turn a stranger into a friend in a matter of minutes. He was a devoted husband, dedicated father, and the proudest PawPaw around. Most important though, was his intense love for the Lord (who he affectionately called “Daddy”) and his passion for spreading the lifesaving message of Jesus Christ. Alan had a passion for youth and missions work, especially in Hatti, where he served and built lasting relationships. Alan’s prayer in life was to be an example of a broken life made whole through the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and to draw others into the arms of his loving Daddy.
Alan’s passing leaves Sheila without income, and medical treatments/end-of-life costs have left her without savings to fall back on. She has been Alan’s full-time caregiver over the past few years, and this go fund me will be a huge help for her as she grieves and transitions back into the workforce. Thank you so much for all your continued love and support during this difficult time.
