Andrea's Dream Wedding

By definition, a true leader leads by example, fostering strong relationships with individuals and teams alike and ensuring that all reach their full potential while, importantly, achieving organizational goals. I can speak for everyone when I say, Andrea has been the epitome of a true leader. She has consistently approached any and all situations with grace and understanding while also pushing us to our full potential. With her wedding just weeks away, she has expressed multiple times how her dream would be to have fireworks in the sky uniting both her and Sergios families. She was unable to make this dream come true and I'm hoping with the help of everyone and her wedding planner, we can set fireworks in the sky in honor of her late father who can't be there on her special day.

THIS IS A SURPRISE AND WITH THE HELP OF HER WEDDING PLANNER, SHE WONT KNOW OF THE FIREWORKS UNTIL THEY ARE BLOWN IN THE SKY DURING HER RECEPTION WHEN A MOMENT OF SILENCE WILL BE TAKEN IN PLACE FOR HER LATE FATHER
