Declan FitzGerald, a.k.a the Pedalling Postie, is competing in the Mondello 24 hour race starting at Midday Saturday 21 June and pedalling right through the night until Midday Sunday 22 June. This is an incredible 24 hours of cycling -- and all for charity!!!

Declan is doing this for some very worthwhile charities. The Bandon AC Track Development is delighted and honored to be one of the beneficiaries of this fundraiser this year. We are in the final stages of completing the track development, and while we have now Sports Capital funding to complete the track, we still need significant funding to complete the events, jogging track, spectator fencing, car park and other vital elements.
