Benefit for Wyitt Goddard family

Wyitt Goddard and Arlaina LeBleu-Goddard, both Pinedale natives, have been married for 6 years and recently started a family with their 6 month old son Jett. Wyitt has worked for Levi Ditton and his company Specialty Drywall in the community for the last seven years, and Arlaina has been working part time at the Museum of the Mountain Man as a graphic designer for the last seven years.

Last week they received some devastating news as Wyitt was diagnosed with osteosarcoma a rare and aggressive bone cancer. He will be starting treatment this week in what will be a harsh 9 month chemo journey at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City. If 12 weeks of chemo can shrink the tumor they may be able to remove it and if not amputation of the lower leg will be necessary.

As Wyitt is the primary source of income and will not be able to work throughout this ordeal, the family will need help covering living expenses while trying to utilize any programs that will help cover their medical bills.

Their faith has helped them to have hope and stay positive with the goal of beating this because life is beautiful and worth fighting for.

We are hoping that the community will rally around this young couple and show support as it has done so many times in the past for people facing similar situations.
