California pastor attempting to steal deceased mom's estate.

My mom, Sheila Victoria Garcia (Trent) of Lompoc, CA passed away on April 13th, 2024, after a two-year battle with multiple myeloma, a fairly rare type of bone cancer that has significantly terrible physical and mental effects.
In the final weeks before her death, my mom's pastor convinced her to change her will by spreading malicious and predatory lies about me, while my mom suffered severe cognitive impairment due to her disease and a life-long battle with mental illness. This greedy, manipulative, thieving pastor arranged to change my mom's will to have my mom's estate exclusively benefit his wife - a woman that my mom barely knew.
Traveling internationally multiple times to directly care for my mom for many months in 2023 and 2024, combined with the legal fees incurred after my mom's death have led to the loss of my apartment, the loss of my business, and the loss of any trust in my remaining family members. Throughout this ordeal, I have lost around $100,000, which leaves me with almost nothing today.
