Cancer Fund for George Burroughs

Hi, I'd like to share a little bit of George's story with you. George is a proud family man. He and his wife, Juanita have been together since they were teenagers. They have been married for 33 years. Together George and Juanita have raised two wonderful children, Jessica and Steven. They share five beautiful grandchildren, Jakob, Maxx, Maci, Myles and Zyla. George loves taking care of his family, especially his grandbabies. Besides being a great family man, George has worked hard all his life. He has been a proud member of the IBEW Local 1 for 30+ years.

You may or may not know, but in late September, George was diagnosed with not one, but two types of cancer: Parotid Gland and Pancreatic Cancer. Out of respect for George's privacy, I cannot share all of George's impending treatments. I will say that the treatments will be very extensive and involve surgeries and other medical procedures and medicines.

As you might have guessed, George's medical expenses and loss of wages during his time of treatment will be extremely costly. We hope you can find it in your heart to help him and his family manage through this very difficult time.
