Hi everyone, I’m would like to raise some money to help give Chloe day the best send off and to help her mummy (Tracey) and daddy (ray) some help with the cost..

Here is a little bit about.

Chloe Rose Day 26/09/1997 to 01/04/2023

She was born 6 weeks premature due to trauma. After she was born she had complications which was complex epilepsy, Dravet syndrome, cerebral palsy,she had a form of dementia,non verbal and autistic..a week go she was diagnosed with developmental and epileptic encephalopathy.

She was the most beautiful and lovely young lady who was so happy and loved see everyone.. loved her family and we all loved her so much.

She lived with mummy and daddy her cats and dogs…. She loved her Teletubbies and you didn’t dare touch her cutting paper box

loved swimming and playing with the stones round nanny and grandads garden she would sit out there for ages.

She loved a cuddle and get excited seeing her family.

See will be missed so much it hurts
