Driven Against Domestic Violence Self
Defense Classes and Seminars- October
On May 13th, 2020, I was physically abused by the person I was dating. It was such a shocker to me because I would never think he would take his anger so far, especially with my birthday being a week away. I will always remember my two black eyes and a broken nose, which motivated me to protect myself to engage in self-defense training and women empowerment. I decided to build strength with my trainer and started to box with my boxer to learn how to defend myself. Four months later, I feel healthier and happier than ever! Now I want to help other women by offering free self-defense courses in October for Domestic Violence awareness month. Join me in the fight to get rid of domestic violence one step at a time!

Publicist CEO and Women's Activist Marie Driven heads into Domestic Violence month with a particular mission in mind.
She plans not only to tackle the issue with her prominent voice but with her platform by not only offering Complementary self-defense classes every weekend in Brooklyn for Domestic Violence month but also being the martyr for hope by using the backing of the Caribbean Islands to shed lights on all of the issues surrounding domestic violence with hard-hitting press and interviews stirring jarring conversations.
The conversation will consist of groundbreaking panels from influencers from all different life aspects to allow attendees to find somebody to relate to. Domestic violence is a complicated topic for victims to discuss both the stories and testimonies from the panelists. It will enable the talks to resolve domestic violence issues to begin.
Currently, the Playbook MG team led by Marie Driven is looking for boxers and mixed martial artists willing to volunteer their services for the self-defense courses.
