Droitwich Wellbeing Hub

Hi, we are Pip and Lesley, and we have set up this gofundme page to ask my local community to support Droitwich Wellbeing Hub to pay its rising gas and electric bills.

Droitwich Wellbeing Hub is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company whose open-access Counselling Service provides one-to-one sessions to children, young people, and adults in a safe and welcoming environment. Our Mission Statement supports the vision that everyone has the right to access support for their wellbeing and mental health within their local community. By removing barriers, including money, race, disability, gender and ethnicity, we can ensure a fair and accessible service to all local community members. Much research supports our claim that if such a service is offered within a local community, potential clients are more likely to engage in the service, and there will be a higher chance of more positive outcomes at the end of their support.

We rely on grants, funding and donations to provide this valuable service and are reaching out to our local community to ask for their support. You may know a family member, friend, work colleague or neighbour that could benefit from receiving our support. Donating to us can ensure that our doors remain open to anyone struggling with mental health, both now and in the future.
