That's where Grownup Training Organization (GTO) steps in.

GTO is a public benefit nonprofit dedicated to equipping young adults (ages 10–25) with the foundational, practical, and transparent knowledge they need to succeed. We don't just teach theory; we teach adulting.

We provide reliable training in essential areas like:

Financial Literacy: Budgeting, understanding credit, saving, and smart spending.

Practical Life Skills: Household management, basic repairs, and organizational strategies.

Career & School Options: Exploring paths, understanding trade schools vs. universities, interview skills, and resume building.

Family/Household Participation: Resources and activities designed to involve the whole family in the learning process.

Personalized Life Path Preparation: In-depth, one-on-one collaboration with a mentor to help each young adult map out their goals and determine the best steps to achieve them.

Developing Start-up costs will include - CREATING NEW RESOURCES: High-quality, up-to-date educational materials (online modules, workbooks, toolkits) that reflect the real-world needs of today.

Sustaining Our Mentorship Program: Ensuring every young person who needs personalized guidance can be paired with a dedicated, trained mentor.
